Biography

Cameron Perry is an award-winning film director, graduating from the University of East Anglia in Film and English Literature. His work is defined by a focus on socio-political issues.

In 2019, his short film "Better Together" found success wining the UK Nespresso Talents and was consequently screened at Cannes Film Festival that year.

Cameron has recently finished his latest short film ‘When The Clapping Stops’ about the desperate state of the UK care sector. The film won Gold at the 1.4 Awards; was screened at BAFTA-qualifying Bolton Film Festival and was also selected at 5x BIFA-qualifying festivals, including Wimbledon Shorts where Cameron picked up the Best Young Filmmaker award.
